THE CEREBRAL HEDONIST CAN:

  • Character Concepts
  • Avatars
  • Fan Art
  • Soft NSFW (suggestive poses & themes – ex: pinups, nudity, BDSM fetish wear etc. 18+ ONLY)
  • Simple/Minimal Background
  • Provide Physical Prints

THE CEREBRAL HEDONIST CANNOT:

  • Other Artists’ Styles
  • Furries
  • Hard NSFW (explicit content & themes – ex: Gore, Vore, Porn, etc.)
  • Realism/Abstract
  • Elderly/Babies
  • Environments/Landscapes
  • Detailed Backgrounds

-75% of total commission price is due upfront to begin your order (sketch phase).  When completed you will receive a low-resolution file and any changes at this stage will incur additional fees. Upon receipt of final payment, you will receive a full resolution PNG file.

– The Cerebral Hedonist reserves the right to post and share all commissioned artwork and/or it’s process on any social media platforms. The Cerebral Hedonist reserves the right to sell Fan Art in print form including but not limited to:  prints, posters, canvas, artbook, metal art, and more.

– There’s no completion order. You will be contacted and kept informed when your commission is started. Turnaround time for all orders can be up to 6 months. If your order is delayed for any reason, you will be contacted directly.

– Additional Fees will be added to base price if you have any special requirements or require physical prints

PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AND CAN VARY BASED ON DIFFICULTY OF REQUESTED ARTWORK***

ADDITIONAL FEE’S

  • Additional Characters: 2 characters/avatars in the same image are double the price, $40 min extra for every additional character in the same image afterwards.
  • Difficulty Fee: Any specifications that add complexity to the commission will be $25 min and subject to increase.
  • Less than 90-day Timeline: if timeline is within 90-days or less, a $30 min fee will added to total. (The Cerebral Hedonist reserves the right to refuse short timelines)
  • Edit Limit: 2 Free Edits. $20 charge for each additional edit. 5 EDIT LIMIT PAST THE SKETCH PHASE
  • No Existing Visual Reference: $60 min on character concepts (your own doodles, face claims, character Pinterest do count as visual references)
  • Paypal Fee: Due to Paypal’s merchant fees, there will be a non-refundable 2.90% charge on ALL orders.

REFUND POLICY

  • Character Concepts, Fan Art, Avatars (Clean Sketch):
    • Sketch Phase – 50% of total commission price
    • Finalizing Phase – NO REFUND
    • Changes can be negotiated. More than 2 edits will incur additional charges
  • Character Concepts, Fan Art, Avatars (w/ Line Art):
    • Sketch Phase – 50% of total commission price
    • Line Art Phase – 25% of total commission price
    • Finalizing Phase – NO REFUND
    • Changes can be negotiated. More than 2 edits will incur additional charges
  • Character Concepts, Fan Art, Avatars (Full Color):
    • Sketch Phase – 75% of total commission
    • Line Art Phase – 50% of total commission price
    • Flat Color Phase – 25% of total commission price
    • Finalizing Phase – NO REFUND
    • Changes can be negotiated. More than 2 edits will incure additional charges
